Although marketed as Christmas gift, I really wouldn’t say Nivea is anything special than for anything but a stocking filler. The box that it comes in is small (about 4.6”x3.5”) so I just got this for myself as really handy travel products.

In the box is a 50ml shower cream, 25ml face, body and hand moisturising cream, a full size 4.8g fruity shine strawberry lip balm and a small 25ml glass bottle anti-perspirant. I love the fact the moisturiser is multifunctional and you only need a tiny bit of it to go a long way but the downside is because it’s in a small pot, you will end up transferring bacteria into it. It soaks in well to the skin and very fragrant – fresh and almost soapy so leaves you feeling very clean. The deodorant I hadn’t tried before but the rollerball is very easy to run under my arms and although can end up being a bit thicker in places doesn’t take a huge amount to time to soak in although I would wait a few...

A very versatile gift; useful products with subtle fragrances; great for travellers or gift givers, 15 Sept. 2015

This is a great item, for the price. The box is decorated in a festive way in pink and purple with shiny reindeers, baubles and snowflakes, so obviously aiming for the season of gift-giving. When I opened up outside packaging, I was initially slightly disappointed about the size of the gift box, because past experience told me that there would be much empty space within it. However, on this occasion, past experience was misleading, because there is very little wasted space here. You've got four useful products - a 50ml shower gel with a subtle smell of almonds, a 25ml roll on deodorant in a glass bottle with a complementary subtle smell, a fruity shine strawberry lip balm which is slightly tinted and smells beautifully of strawberries, and finally a small (25ml) pot of Nivea's versatile moisturiser which is suitable for use on face, body and hands. It is easily absorbed and even on the sensitive skin on my face, I've had no problems with it.

Good value, airport friendly set, 9 Sept. 2015

At this price, ie without paying postage, this is a very good value set, and a better balanced product selection than the Burt's Bees Love from Nature Almond and Milk Skincare Giftset.These are basic products for everyday use and I cannot imagine anyone failing to find use for them. Good quality too and in sizes that lend themselves to holiday use: these would get through baggage control without any problems.Unlike the Burts Bees set, the box really is a throw away, which is fine.A good value and useful set for a very inexpensive stocking filler, or small gift. Great for holiday use too. In no sense a luxury item, but a very good one. Recommended.
