I have been using Nivea Lip Care Repair(soothe and protect) for many years. It is one of my favourite products and I swear by it. It was only that Tesco and Boots had both run out that I decided to buy this on line. I came to Amazon and was really pleased to find it. That is until it was delivered. The tube is not like the one advertised and the product itself is nothing like it. This is very greasy and nasty. I had a look at the other Nivea Lip Care which I keep in as a stand by but this comes in the Navy colour often associated with Nivea. The other thing is that the three tubes which I ordered were very dirty as if they had been badly stored. Very disappointed.

I have used Nivea Lip Care & Repair for many years and, being unable to buy it at the shops, decided to buy it on line. It is a bit more expensive that other Nivea lip products but this I did not mind as it worked for me. What I received in the post is not the product that I am used to. The packaging is a completely different colour and it is greasy. Not what I am used to. Not worth the effort to return.

I love nivea products, they do the job and never let you down. Unlike other lip balms that only smoothe your lips for a short time, applying nivea lip balm will keep your lips feeling soft for hours. Highly recommend.
