If you're allergic to Hyaluronic acid, or allergic to it in high concentration, then I'd suggest you test this on a patch of skin before applying to your face. In the past, where the concentration is more than 1%, I've had immediate tingles, redness, lumps and it's taken days for my skin to normalise. Therefore, before trying this, I looked for info on amazon, Boots and on Nivea's own website, but amazon seems to be the only seller of this product. I've requested information from Nivea, but that takes 7 days, so I'll update idc.
As for today, I tried this on my cleavage and there's been an immediate tingling, though no redness or irritation. My skin seems normal, but the tingling is so strong, that it feels as if I've rubbed a mentholated product into my skin. I am only glad that I've not used this around my face/eyes.
The serum is very light and a tiny bit goes a long way. It's in a pump action bottle, so only a very small amount comes out with each pump, so...

A straight forward anti age serum, which does the job, so far, as good as many of the more expensive ones I've bought. The packaging is fairly plain and straight forward, not what you would call glamorous, but then it probably isn't intended to be. The consistency is nice and fluid and glossy, not too thick and glumpy, not too thin and watery - as many can be. To be honest, I suppose one would have to try this product for a month or more to be sure of any changes in results, but so far, so good, my normally tight and dry skin is nicely plumped up, and the disappointing moisturizer (another brand) which I am using up, is supplemented usefully by this product. It would be interesting to try the suggested moisturizer that goes with this serum and sees how that results, so maybe I will buy a Nivea one very shortly. I would prefer the top to push down and dispense, rather than having to take it off and then do so, but a very small point, and this way is safer for travelling too. Will carry...

The wife fancied trying this out, so I'll report her findings here.
First off, at least one other reviewer reported tingling and redness after using this product; I'm pleased to say my wife had so such effects.
She noticed the difference it made in moisturising and softening her skin immediately - compared to her other normal moisturisers, it had a much more profound effect, with the area of skin she treated feeling much softer, but without leaving greasyness.
As for anti-aging effects, we think it has smoothed her minor wrinkles more so than normal moisturisers do, although the difference is of course not miraculous - she doesn't suddenly look 20 years younger, but it does help.
It's quite expensive for quite a small bottle - but one small pump of it goes a long way, so you don't need to apply a lot. There are indeed a lot more expensive options out there too.
