I used this throughout my first pregnancy and I didn't get a single stretch mark. I have no way of knowing if I would have got them if I hadn't used it. However, after giving birth I actually put on weight (due to post c-section, sitting on sofa breast feeding and eating ice cream for weeks) and had stopped using the cream - then I got a few stretch marks on my side. I think it's worth trying as it's the only cream with scientific research backing. It is quite expensive though. I think I got through 5 tubes during my first pregnancy. Now on my second I'm about to buy it again.Don't put it on before a scan/doppler because it's so thick it distorts the signals!

my wife was really worried about stretch marks during and after pregnancy so after quite a bit of research we found this product - bought it, used it and have had amazing results. Not only no new stretch marks but it seems to actually have reduced or removed some small existing marks! Brilliant
