The Best Shave Foam Without A Doubt, 6 Dec. 2014

I used to use this stuff when you could buy it in the supermarket here in the UK, in fact it was one of the first shave foams I ever bought and it always gave a good, clean shave however it disappeared from the supermarkets and I had to start using products like King of Shaves and more recently Bulldog gels as my skin was not happy with gels. About two years ago I got so sick of multiple bladed razors (where the blades are engineered to blunt intentionally) that I took a chance and splashed out on an Edwin Jagger Double Edged Razor. Yes the razor was £20 but then 4 blades for the Gillette I had cost that amount! I bought a brush and soap and gave it a try and to begin with my shaves were not very comfortable and it is a faff whipping up the soap but after a few different blades I found I was getting very good shaves. I'm not certain why Noxema Cocoa Butter shave foam didn't hit it off as well as the other lines of Noxema shave creams. I suspect it's due to the absence of that longed-for menthol scent for which Noxema products are known.Nevertheless, it is a superb cream and works especially well for those who suffer from shaving irritation. I just wish it were easier to obtain! A few years ago Tesco had several cases that ended up on their clear-out shelves. I purchased them all! Now that I've run out, I'm back to paying premium prices for it!Oh well

it lasts so long, it's cheap at the price. Why can we not buy it in shops? At least I don't have to import it from Italy or the USA any more. And it smels good. I prefer this to the menthol one though that is great too.
