I love the look of this three-candle set and couldn’t wait to use them. Although they retail at an extremely inexpensive price, each candle requires three AAA batteries (and a packet of decent batteries to go in all three candles costs around the same price as the candles themselves). Despite this, on appearance alone I would definitely recommend these candles as they look really lovely.

The candles come with a remote control which allows you to change them to any of the twelve colours, or have them automatically colour changing. The candles are controlled individually, which means you could only choose to have one or two of them turned on rather than the whole set, and you can choose a different colour for each one (or, of course, the same if you would like). I like being able to control them separately as they are more customisable that way, though for full effect I always have all three on, unless the batteries have run out.

These are honestly beautiful...

Great Fun - use quality batteries, 29 Feb. 2016
As each candle uses 3xAAA batteries they do tend to cost a lot to run. In essence they are brilliant and the job perfectly, it's just a shame they cost far too much to run. (UPDATE: Using Duracell Batteries last much longer)In saying that, they are great fun and using the remote, you can between 12 (yes 12) different colours. You can also switch to remote changing, meaning the colours are on a constant colour change cycle. In a darkened room they are great fun and create a warm and friendly atmosphere.UPDATE:Changed my cheap batteries for Duracell and they last for a lot longer. Therefore I have changed my 4 star rating to a 5 star rating.Incidentally, these candles actually feel like they are made of wax - they are plastic but a very good plastic.

I Received my set of 3 LED scented candles well and securely packaged.

They arrived in a lovely retail packaging box clearly designed with good product description. Inside the box is 3 different height candles, 1 remote control, 9 x AAA batteries and instructions.

I love candles but with a very active toddler that climbs up on everything, it's not safe for me to have them around the home. I've been looking for an alternative safer option, these candles are perfect for me.

Quick and easy to set them up, after inserting 3 batteries into each candle, pull the activator clear plastic tab on the remote for the cell to start working, Easy to use without reading the instructions, as the remote is fab and user friendly without having to refer to the instructions.

i use one in the bedroom as a night light for my little girl.
