i have been waiting a while to order from the new Germany collection and ordered this and Unforgretably Blue also.I must admit the colour in the bottle in real life is alot darker almost like Vampsterdam (Holland collection) but when on the nail is a beautiful darkish plum with a golden shimmer to it. It lasts for as long as i want it to and doesnt streak on application another good buy and so far another great OPI collection would reccommend.

Oktoberfest - a vampy purple/burgundy, 20 Jan. 2013
"Every month is Oktoberfest" has a very dark purple base with very fine microglitter/shimmer of a sort of pinky/red. With one coat you can really see the purple but it's not opaque enough, two you notice the reddish tint more and you get good coverage. In artificial light it looks close to black, but in the light it can look either purply or wine-coloured. Not much like the bottle pictured by Amazon here. The overall effect is slightly metallic, the polish is of very good quality and doesn't chip easily - definitely recommend, particularly as an autumn or winter colour.

Lovely colour almost aubergine looks red and purple and has a slight shine glitter to it liked it although not my favourite
