It isn't often I write a bad review, but there is nothing about this product to recommend it.I wear liquid eyeliner and non-waterproof mascara but nothing too heavy, and this doesn't get rid of it easily. It takes a fair bit of rubbing and strategic wiping, sometimes using cotton buds to get into the lash line. I think these things are to do with the consistency of the product, which is quite goopy so the lashes don't get soaked and so makeup doesn't get dissolved in it like with more liquidy eye makeup removers.The fact that scrubbing is essential gives rise to the other problem, which is that it really stings if it gets in your eyes.Even with a lot of scrubbing, there is always remnants.It gets one star because even though it's cheap, it is still more expensive than supermarket own brands, while also being less effective and less eye-friendly.

I bought this as I became a fan of Olay products, but I'm slightly disappointed in this product. It is not bad, but it does require quite a bit of rubbing if you're wearing any more than a single layer of non-waterproof mascara. On the days I used just a coat of it, it came off without any trouble, but when I had heavier eye make up (shadow, eyeliner, 2-3 coats of mascara) it took 2 rounds of rubbing and rinsing and often I would still wake up with the black glob in my eyes. Not bad if you don't use a lot of make up, but if you to, prepare to work to take it off with this product.

This product does exactly what it says. Eye makeup (including waterproof mascara) comes off very easily without any unnecessary rubbing.
