i love this, it's so subtle not like foundation or 'make up' but gives a great look, and i'm 'of an age' when less is definitely more! my daughter, much younger, loves it too.

Reasonable But Not The Best CC Cream, 27 Mar. 2016

I purchased this after buying the lighter one, which was far too light even for my fair skin. This is a good match for my skin and I have light skin tone. The price is fair for the size of the tube.

I think whether this product works for you will depend on your skin type. If you have problem-free skin, this will work well. It covers with a light coverage and glides on well for good skin. I find it is ideal across my cheeks and temples, smells pleasant and seems to last for several hours, as you would expect.

However if your skin is even slightly greasy, this product probably won't work well for you. Even over a primer I find this 'slides' off when I try to put into my nose or chin and definitely doesn't provide the coverage I'd expect from a CC cream. It sort-off covers pores if you can get it to stay put, but it certainly isn't what I would suggest to use to cover enlarged pores. I also found it wasn't sufficient to act as a base for eyeshadow.

This product has a nice consistency. It is smooth and soft and would be a nice day cream. However, it is not meant to be a day cream, it's meant to be a CC cream. And it fails miserably at being one.The pigmentation and coverage is very poor. I am an avid user of BB and CC creams and I know that they are meant to be light, but this is almost invisible. It's barely there at all, it is so sheer. As this is meant to be a COLOUR correcting cream I was so disappointed by this, it's just like wearing a normal cream. It doesn't reduce blemishes, redness or under-eye bags at all.It would be good as a primer as it's smooth and reduces pores, but as a CC cream it is awful and I regret buying it. For how much it costs it is totally not worth it.
