I have quite long and thick afro hair and have decided this summer to wear it out as I usually wear braids or a weave. As I do not like to use too much heat when maintaining my hair, after I wash my hair I twist it and allow it to dry naturally (usually over night). I usually straighten my hair with a Babyliss Hair Straightener once a month. I use to product to help protect from heat damage and when I used this for the first time I was pleasantly surprised with how well not only did it help with straightening my hair but also how sleek my hair looked afterwards. You only need a small amount (3 to 4 drops) for each section so this product is going to last me for a long time! Light and pleasant scent, and doesn't way down hair (again you don't need a lot).Great serum and I would definitely recommend.

I found this hair oil excellent for keeping my hair shiny and from damaging my ends when using my straighters. I would reccomend this item to my family and friends, worth the money.
