I suffer from very dry hands during winter, causing me much discomfort. The only thing to give relief, is slathering on lots of heavy-duty handcream at night, followed by wearing these gloves overnight, and my hands look and feel great in the morning.Admittedly not very glamorous but then neither is the alternative of dry, lined, and sometimes sore/cracked skin on your hands!It is no exaggeration to say that in the mornings when taking the gloves off that my hands look 10 years younger than they would do otherwise and the benefits last well throughout the rest of the day. The benefits are way above and beyond any you will see through using hand cream on its own.These are decent quality gloves and stretchy for a good fit (don't even consider buying non-stretchy ones as they are rubbish), they have survived machine washing well, and I would buy them again without hesitation - in fact I now rely upon them.

A must for those buying an ironing press, 2 Jan. 2013

I bought these to protect my hands when using and ironing press. They are brilliant, no burns to my fingers and the skin on my hands gets a moisturising plus whilst doing the chores.

Does the job, but not perfect, 7 Feb. 2012

This product is fine for the price. I have not used anything like this before, so have nothing to compare it against.

Fit - I have medium sized hands and they fit without rolling up at the cuffs, although I would have liked them to cover my wrists properly.

Comfort - There is a seam running through where both halves join. I guess this is a necessity of construction as apart from knitted gloves that seem to be whole there is always a seam in gloves. The problem is the seam is quite thick and rigid and can be uncomfortable when sleeping. I got around this by pulling the tips away from my fingers, which is fine for my medium hands, but on larger hands the gloves would come off.

Results - My hands are improving using them overnight over a couple of weeks, but the effect was not as dramatic as I expected.

Cleaning - I have hand washed it twice, because it can get a quite grimy with all the hand creams and it is fine. However, I have noticed...
