Tamanu Oil is cold-pressed from a tropical south east asian tree. Ours is rich, thick and extremely hydrating with a mild nutty smell. Great on eczema and sensitive dry, chapped skin. Some people find it helps reduce stretch marks too. It absorbs quickly and doesn't leave a greasy residue.

I bought this oil because a friend had used it to successfully treat a serious case of anal fissure and she is very pleased. I use it in my creams because it is so soothing on the skin. About two months ago, My skin erupted with what I now know to be HIVES and the only thing that gave me sustained relief was this amazing oil. I highly recommend it to prevent and treat all skin eruptions, and suggest that all households with babies, children and those with sensitive skin stock this oil. Will be ordering my second bottle soon....

First bottle I was thrilled with. I ordered two ..., 28 Jan. 2018
First bottle I was thrilled with. I ordered two more bottles as I was so impressed but the oil was black. Google said if tamanu oil was black it had not been stored correctly and should not be used. Dissapointingly I will not order this from Amazon again.

Try it .....for your skin sake, 21 May 2017
Excellent product after initial application I noticed a distinct reduction in redness of the skin and immediate alleviation of the irritating itchiness par excellence. It a godsend the results on my hands is exceptional, I'm just glad I found a product that does what it says on the bottle, l'll definitely be back for more.
