I have gone back to fluoride free tooth gel and the spiky brush heads. Even when I load up the precision brush head with as much powder as it will hold, it's not enough to fully clean my teeth. It just doesn't last long enough and I end up brushing my teeth with little to no product. My teeth became increasingly rough feeling. However, that could be due to my diet and brushing technique which are not perfect...

First impressions are surprisingly good. Tastes good to my sweet tooth. Adequately foams up and straight away with almost no effort. So good with soft toothbrushes like Curaprox.

I don't yet know if any good for teeth. I like that it has an oral probiotic but I doubt it can do much amongst bacteria killing ingredients.
