London Gifts do a very good service. I ordered my 4 in1 foot brush kit on the 10th of July, London Gifts sent me my order on same day and I received it on the 13th of July, it was by regular postage. When I unwrapped the product, it's Osiris Avise 4 in 1 Foot Brush With Peppermint Foot Scrub 100ml, I found that the emery file was not quite well fixed. I then contacted London Gifts and asked them for a replacement. They have told me that I can keep this foot brush kit for free as a gesture of good will from them and they'll send me a replacement free of charge.I think it's a very friendly gesture from them to a customer. I was so delighted. I think that the 4 in1 foot brush is good quality made but I haven't tried it yet and peppermint foot scrub also.Service, package and product are all excellent :-) I would recommend London Gifts to other customers as a good and reliable company with excellent customer support.
