It has the most slippery, effective lather is one that is wet almost to the point of being runny. The scent is a classic barbershop note. This soap moisturises well, lathers well, and provides enough lubrication that you can use it with any of your razors. It does require some fine-tuning as far as figuring out how much water to use when lathering. A Fantastic stuff, especially given its price making Arko Barber's Shaving Cream Soap sticks the King of the inexpensive soaps.

This smells fabulous. So much so - my son always has stocks of this. Its fresh and soapy and gives a fantastic lather. It's the perfect soap for wet shavers.When I go on holiday to Turkey my son gives me instructions to bring this back (I think its a Turkish brand?)

This is as cheap as chips, has a lovely lemon scent reminiscent of Turkish baths, and makes a thick moisturising lather that softens the beard and lubricates the path for the razor. Can't fault it, and will be alternating this with the Proraso sensitive cream for the future.

I've used this product for years and one lasts about six months. Excellent value , conditions your skin too as you use it. This product saves you money if you use gel it's is about £5 a month =£60 a year , if you use Arko it's £1 a year as it lasts months .
