This oil or any other oil from the kitchen will do to give you a closer shave, but this one will smell better than olive oil. I have used this oil a few time now and it really does give you a closer shave, you only need a small amount rubbed between your hands and then massage onto the face until you get a nice sheen, then lather up. I also used this oil on the wood of my old singer sewing machine, comes up with a nice sheen and smells nice to.I wonder if I got myself a bottle of oil from the kitchen and mixed it with my favourite aftershave, I would probably get the same results and hopefully not ending up smelling like an Eskimo.At just under £10.00 for 125ml, which is very expensive, you could make your own for pennies.

This stuff leaves a sticky residue in the sink, it is mere hype! Cheap plastic flip cap lid on a cheap plastic bottle. Chip fat from the kitchen feels the same on the skin (yes I have tried it), I won't be buying another.
