The colour I initially ordered did not match my natural hair colour. Upon contacting Prettyshop, they suggested another colour and even suggested sending a sample of my own hair in order that they could match it as well as possible. I found the staff to be extremely helpful, and the new scrunchie matched my hair perfectly. The quality of the scrunchie is very good and delivery was prompt. I would thoroughly recommend this company.

When I first received this I thought it was too thin and was going to return it. The seller contacted me and advised I give it a good brush through as they get flattened in storage. Since I brushed it it's oven to life and I am happy with overall look and v good value for money.

Great colour match - and easy to use, 11 Aug. 2014

This hairpiece looks very natural and I was able to choose the perfect colour just by looking at the computer screen and myself in the mirror at the same time - it really looks exactly like on the screen! It is easy to fix with 3-4 hairpins, and if one has thick hair, the piece would probably require no extra fixing at all. The only downside is that some beige threads used to keep little "bundles" of synthetic hair together are a little visible - depending on the strength of wind and the way you fix the scrunchie.. But it is possible to hide them with a little more time and effort. All in all, well worth the money.
