We use this product on our baby every night at the final nappy change before bed and it really is like a miracle cream. At first, we thought it would probably affect the absorbancy of the nappy because the cream feels quite heavy and oily; but we have been using the cream every night for over a year now and have not had any problems so far. If our baby's bottom is a little bit sore, this cream seems to resolve the problem overnight, and it also seems very good at protecting the skin in the nappy area from damage caused by contact with urine. I would highly recommend it.
