I think this is brilliant, when my nipples were sore and cracked this really worked and helped heal them before the next feed, obviously they weren't healed completely but this product definitely helped to make feeding times more enjoyable and less painful in the early weeks, i still use it now if i feel a little sore after a feed which is not very often anymore.
