I already have a battery operated heated eyelash curler which I'm very pleased with but although it curls it doesn't separate the lashes like this one does. I sometimes use the curler, put on mascara and then use this panasonic brush type to separate eyelashes that have stuck together or that aren't quite how I want them. Other times I just use this brush type on it's own to give my lashes a lift. I wouldn't say it curls eyelashes like the 'clamp on' type curler does but it does lift and separate eyelashes I find it easier to use after the first coat of mascara has dried and apply a second coat after using the brush and use again if need be. That way it doesn't remove the mascara (I've used it with maybelline's great lash and sensational lash). I find it heats up within a minute and you use it as you would a mascara brush but leaving it touching the lashes for longer and applying a little pressure if necessary. I bought this Panasonic heated eyelash curler from this company at the beginning of Julyand the item was supposed to be delivered within a month after placing my order (which is pretty slow anyway)I waited for over two months(crazy, I know!) and I got fed up with waiting for it to turn up.Maybe it was never dispatched, or maybe it was posted but lost on the way.The thing is that I'd never know this as the seller did NOT bother to even respond to any of my inquiries I made.I ended up requesting a refund (gift voucher) for it. What a waste of my time. Very disappointed.
