This is absolutely the right replacement battery pack for your Panasonic razor model ES7101 or similar. I have replaced the batteries before and now I am having to do it again - they don't last for ever. Taking the razor apart is not entirely simple (search the internet for instructions). You need a bit of courage at times to get the thing apart, because you are afraid of breaking one of the clips, but after that it is very simple to change the battery and you will find that putting the razor back together again is no problem.
