After my treating my hands in the paraffin wax bath I put the plastic liners on to hold in all the was. The addition of mitts afterwards keeps in the warmth for longer. They work well.

Not very good holding in place on wrist to keep heat in.velcro not very big to close..around wrist unless you have fat wristbthat is.Waste of money if you ask me better to wrap a towel round hands than these

There is a velcro fitting, but it is not tight, and putting my hands down leads to the mitten hitting the floor.
