My favourite wax strips which I would highly recommend!, 21 Aug. 2014

I use these strips for my legs, armpits and bikini area. I cut the strips down for smaller areas and even when I'm doing my legs (I find I have better control when they are smaller and it's less painful that way!). They feel and look much more professional than the ones you buy in the shops (eg. wax strips by Veet which are RUBBISH!). They work great, requiring minimal warming up in the hands and I don't get in a sticky mess. They grip the hair very well and you can reuse each strip a few times so they are very economical. Most importantly there are no nasty ingredients in the wax which are kept to a welcome minimum (only 3 ingredients) without all these weird colouring and heavy perfumes which I can't stand!! The wax contains beeswax - which surprisingly is not actually listed for some brands. The wax and oil does not contain parabens or nasty preservatives like BHA and BHT which are both carcinogens listed for the Veet wax strips. You get a decent amount of oil for cleaning which...

I cannot recommend these enough! I have tried others, Veet, Boots own brand strips etc but these are the best. They are so easy to use, fast and get rid of all the hair. So far I have only used them on my legs.I only seem to need 4 strips for my legs (I have been waxing for a year so not too much growth) The oil in the pack is nice too. Just make sure you warm the strips in your hands as this makes them work better.

I'm very happy that these strips are now available in the UK. These are the best at home wax strips I've tried. Removes my course leg hair much more efficiently than Veet or boots wax strips. I think the Veet and Boots strips just break the hair off because my leg hair starts growing back right away. But with the Parissa wax strips I'm hair free for about 3 weeks.If you have a medium amount to a lot of hair then you'll likely need 2 boxes to do a both legs fully. However, as this product is very quick and easy to use and is the next best thing to getting a professional to do it...I don't mind.The azulene oil is very soothing after the hair removal, removes any residual wax left on your skin and is very lightweight for an oil. (I don't understand how the other reviewer thought that it was heavy and greasy and doesn't absorb).
