DON'T BUY THIS UNLESS YOU HAVE A PUMP TO HAND, 23 April 2015
NOT GOOD. The instructions were in French only which was not helpful but you don't really need them, you just need to blow it up. Which, I could not as the valves are blocked so it will obviously only work if you had a pump handy. I did not as I had taken it to hospital to use it to wash my mother's hair and it was a huge disappointment not to be able to use it. Would avoid this manufacturer again because of this. Really thoughtless not to say you need a pump and as most people are probably using these for people who are not well it could not have made me more upset when I could not use it given the already difficult circumstances.

Did exactly what it was meant to do. Had one minor mishap where the stopper in the basin for drainage became unstoppered whilst transferring the whole thing to the sink. We had a minor flood on the floor. As long as this is checked then it will probably be fine. This more a warning than a criticism.

Bought this for my bedridden mother and was amazed at how easy it was to use, 11 Feb. 2016
Bought this for my bedridden mother and was amazed at how easy it was to use..easy to inflate but found we needed to wrap a towel round mums neck as opening a little tight...I would of struggled on my own so recommend two people..defffinately recommend..
