Possible cure for skin fold pyoderma?, 1 Jun. 2015

I bought this product as I saw some people used it on their dogs if they had skin fold pyoderma. Mine had skin fold pyoderma around his lips which returned after an initial bout of antibiotics. I thought I would try using this to see if it had any effect but unfortunately it didn't make it any better and I ended up putting my dog on a longer session of antibiotics to try and clear it for good. As per the advice of my vet I now clean his jowls once a day with heavily diluted HiBiSCRUB and a couple of months on from his last antibiotics he is all good. This cream is obviously not sold for that usage so I'm not marking it down for that, it was a good cream for super dry skin so I'll i'll use it instead. It was quite expensive for the amount - though the tin is bigger than it looks in the pictures and I believe it comes from Germany so I understand there is an additional cost.
