A friend recommended this heat protect spray to me, as I use tongs all the time. The spray is very fine so it doesn't make my hair feel over-loaded or sticky like the others I've tried.

Best styling mist I've ever used. Very fine mist so for those like me sensitive to many aerosols, this product defies the odds. Lovely, natural smelling scent, so not overpowering on that front either. No residue and yet it still offers what I would call medium hold on a blow dry. I've also used it pre-straightening and it seems to do a good job for that too. Pricey, I know, but I wash my hair daily, and it's still going after a month. Definitely worth it, in my view.
