Pop up problems, 11 Sept. 2012

Unfortunetely the wrong item was sent. This was not caused by the supplier but by Amazon. I copied the item from my last purchase of this product as I renew it each year. Clicked the purchase button and a pop up appeared to say why not try an updated version. This I did, but when it arrived it did not fit my shaver. Contacted the supplier who immedietely replaced it. Unfortunetely I could not return the unit that did not fit, because I had broken the seal on the packing. Sad that the supplier lost m0ney because of an incorrect pop up by Amazon.

My husband has been using his Phillips razor for years and was thinking of buying a new one but decided to try replacing the heads first. I purchased Updated version as suggested, and he thinks they appear to give a closer shave than before

Bought these for my husband. They do what it says on the box. However, they are close to the price of a new shaver. If I had my way I would have bought a new shaver, but hubby wanted the heads!!!
