After purchasing a Himalayan salt lamp due to their many reported health/wellbeing benefits, I have been obsessed with Himalayan salt. It was only then natural that I should start bathing in the stuff, thus the review!I really liked the size of the salt in this product as it was chunkier than the usual bath salts, a bit like small rocks or gravel! You simply take a good handful and mixed It into your bath (you have to move them around otherwise they can sit in the bottom of the tub).I'm a firm believer of the health benefits of Himalayan salt, and after quite a heavy weekend I can't tell you how detoxed and relaxed my mind and body felt after a good soak in this. It leaves the water clear when mixed in but it just 'feels' mineral rich. I would definitely recommend this if you want to detox/unwind.

Great for achey muscles, 10 Aug. 2017
These bath salts are really nice, just what you need at the end of a long day! They are beautiful shades of pink and a really good size. My husband also enjoyed using them after a long hard day laying decking he said they really helped relieve his aches and pains. They do leave a bit of a pink residue behind in the bath but it washes off easily. Would make a lovely gift, a great soak for achey muscles!
