I like the original Pitrok and for me it works, but if I use it for too long, it ends up making me sore, I don't think my skin likes the salts. Other 'natural' deodorants I have tried have proven to do very little and I'm always left with a certain aroma after a couple of hours. Doesn't bother me in the least, but people tend to start running from me fast for some reason.
This is the only 'natural' deodorant that works for me. Each bottle lasts me and my pits for about 3 months. If I am not being particularly active, one morning application lasts for most of the day, by next morning it's effect has worn off quite a lot but still giving some protection. If I am being active, I definitely will need to reapply to appease those who do not find my BO as fabulous as I do, damn olfactory fascists.
The smell is lovely - a lot stronger than I was expecting. It is a heady, rich perfume that is neither too floral, soapy or woody. Smells MUCH better than any deodorant I can...
