These are really, really small, beautifully molded and for what I wanted, first class. And yes, the diameter at the top of the funnel is only 23 mm and the bore of the spout is only around 1 mm. This suits me fine, but if you wanted to pour a particularly viscous liquid through them, it might not work! I find them ideal for filling "dripper" bottles with home-made e-liquids and because they are so small, very little liquid is left in the funnel when you've finished. Lovely little product and extremely practical for what I use them for.

These small plastic filling funnels are just the job! I have successfully just filled up my handbag atomizer using one of them. You can actually spray your perfume into the funnel in order to fill your atomizer, you don't necessarily need to be able to pour it, so they work even if your perfume bottle is spray only. I recommend them.
