1: Can I use the brush every day? Does that hurt my skin?
A: You can use it per day. It won't hurt your skin, as the brush head does not rotate or spin. The inside brush head bristles oscillate 10 degrees in either direction working at 300 movements per second.

2: How to use the brush? May I use my own facial cleanser?
A: Recommend to daub facial cleanser on the face first, and then begin with the face brush. It is recommended to use your own facial cleanser.

3: Does the brush water-resistant?
A: Yes, made by sonic air compressor technology, 100% waterproof, can be used in the bathroom. But we do not suggest put it soak in water for a long time.

4: How to clean the brush?
A: After each use, remove the brush head, wash the brush head and body directly with water from the tap, then placed in ventilated place to make it dry.

5: It is charging or batteries, how to charge?
A: No battery, charging is made of inductive charging, safe and convenient.

6: Does one brush head be shared with a few people? How long should I change the brush head?
A: Suggest one people use one brush head separately, head better to be changed a new one per 3 months.

First thing to mention is that you cannot just plug this item in to charge straight away as it comes with a US plug so you need to have a US to UK power transformer, so that you don't zap either the product or your home electrics !! I have one of these now ... Ordered via Amazon, so I although the item does come charged you will need to order the correct converter asap and it says that one full charge will suffice for 30 cleans. The box it comes in is lovely .... And the products are very nicely presented .... The box contains a Carry bag, headband, two cleanser heads and the unit and charger. The instructions are well written in English with good pics too so you are clear what you are doing. The charger plugs into the converter (which goes into the UK plug) and then clips into two little divest on the unit and flashes when it's charging. The charger looks a bit like a stethoscope!! There are two speeds for the cleanser and the whole facial cleaning process takes one minute a day...

Speedy Delivery, Excellent Customer Service and a Genuine Product, 25 Jan. 2017

After doing endless research, I decided to go for a middle range sonic brush. Therefore I purchased PleasingCare's sonic brush as my first face cleaning brush. It was not as expensive as Clarisonic's Mia and not too cheap either, just fit in my budget.

I received my brush very quickly (even quicker than the estimated delivery date). When I started to use it, the device didn't function properly as it should have. I contacted PleasingCare Customer Service and they got back to me very soon. It turned out the brush I received might have been damaged during transit/delivery.

Vicky, the Customer Service lady, was very nice and patient. Firstly, she answered all my questions and explained how the brush should work. (For a first-timer, I find the booklet enclosed in the box doesn't explain the technical side very well.) Secondly, she was going to post a brand new brush and charger to me. Instead of sending the faulty one back to them, all I had to do was to...

Simple to use and appears well made, 27 April 2016

I purchased this as my two year old Clarisonic Mia (which looks almost identical to this btw) has developed a fault and stops after a few seconds. I was about to see what a repair would cost when I saw this one and decided to try it. It arrived beautifully packaged in a sparkly silver box, and would make an ideal gift with just a nice ribbon tied around it. I was pleased to see that it comes fully charged, so I could use it immediately. I hate having to wait to charge things! One thing to point out it comes with a USA two pin plug, so here in the UK will need an adapter. We've got one somewhere but for now it's charged so no problem. The design of this makes it comfortable to hold, and it appears to be well made.The headband that is supplied with it is a nice extra, as is the storage bag for keeping the device in. Having been used to the Clarisonic I know how these work - and so wasn't tempted to 'go mad' on my face using it for much longer than the recommended times! Ten seconds on...
