Brilliant for locked muscles (tendonitis/ specific pain area fibromyalgia) especially for those who feel cold most of the time due to circulation issues. Has an almost smoky, minty smell, less string in aroma that some oils. Could work on the hands for Reynauds and osteoarthritis too (as I have that and my fingers are now not dead-white, are tingling and I can feel my fingertips just from applying the oil.) Effects are almost instant and it provides a comfortable warm feeling, not hot but warm. Clears the nose too hehe. Very good value too and came super fast, 5 days from Hong Kong and it's Xmas week!
