If I could give Popbands six stars I would - I LOVE them! They're designed to look pretty on your wrist so that you don't have to fumble through your already crammed handbag looking for a hair tie, and they don't leave a dreaded kink in your hair. I was sceptical at first, but I use them all the time and they've never left a kink in my hair (unless you use them when your hair is wet - that's the only exception to the rule). They are durable and I've never had one snap on me, and there are so many different colours you can actually match them to your outfit! They may seem a little pricey for hair ties but, trust me, they're worth it, and they don't damage your hair like other hair ties can.

Ordered these in the hope they would be better than my usual bands. My first thought was these are great but within 1 week of use they had lost all their shape and elasticity. Very expensive for something that won't last

Less breakage!, 30 April 2017
I have been using popbands for around a year now and I definitely notice less breakage where I tie my hair up. Other reviews didn't like the way the bands stretched over time. My older bands have stretched out but I find this actually holds my thick hair better - the older bands now wrap around tightly 3 times instead of twice for a looser hold with a new band.
