very good shaving mug, soap very disappointing, won't lather very well no matter how much you try, even with my excellent quality silver-tip badger shaving brush. rather poor quality.

funny you should ask we were very pleased with mug until it has cracked on handle only found this yesterday no longer have packing or receipt what can you do ?
