1. Please do not use the brush alone on your face. Always use it together with cleanser, moisturizer, serum, etc. When cleaning face, gently wet your face and the brush with clean water first, use the brush to sufficiently foam the cleanser on your hand, and then brush on your face.
2. Overusing it might irritate your skin. Please do not let it stay on one spot of your face for more than 5 seconds. Usually a 1-MINUTE session is sufficient for cleaning the entire face. i was sent this product for free in exchange for an honest review.firstly this facial brush comes in very nice packaging and its presented inside the bocx in padding and a light gold cloth so this would make a great gift for someone.you get everything you need inside the boxuser manualsuper soft hairbrushcoarse hairbrushbasethe only thing you dont get theat you will need is 1X AA batteryits very easy to use, just choose which brush you want on it then add you facial cleaner either direct onto your skin or put some on the head of the brush than apply the machine to your face and move around in circles.i have very sensitive skin on my face so i used the soft brush, i also found it better when i applied my facial cleaner direct to my face then used the brush. after a few days of use my skin was clearer and was very soft to touch.
