Misleading sales pitch and doesn't work anyway, 1 Jan. 2018

I wanted to use as a spray for a refill bottle that didn't have a spray but found that it could only be filled from nozzle of an existing bottle. No mention of this in information about it.Even so I thought might be useful to use in way intended.But then found it wouldn't even do that despite trying with several different bottles.Might be a glitch on the one I got but others seem to have had same problem. Does seem odd that a product about which more than half the purchasers are not happy is still being sold.

Poor product and poor customer service, 11 Jan. 2018

This doesn't work at all. I have had a similar product which did work, so I did know how to fill, but this didn't work at all. I wouldn't have given such a poor review but, having got in touch with the supplier to report this, received no reply from them, let alone a replacement, which is extremely poor customer service. A faulty product can't be helped, but this should be replaced.

This is a great product and ideal for those trips abroad where you only have hand luggage. It is easy to refill and definitely a bargain.
