Brilliant product, 30 Jun. 2013

I used this product as I coloured my hair with a different colour than usual and was horrified when my hair went an olive green with shades of brown. I kept washing it but with no success.I then saw the advert for Pro-Voke and sent away for it, I used it today and I am delighted that my hair has gone back to its normal colour without affecting the condition.

I purchased this at morrisons for £5, as apposed to paying £10 for the color before. I knew this wasn't the same strength as color B4 but I was willing to give it a go. There is no doubt it is lighter than before, I had dark brown hair, with previous purple and redish tones and a build up of approximately 6 years so I wasn't expecting miracles. My hair is definitely a lighter brown, with an orangy tinge in the sun. It is darker on the bottom from all the build up. I will need to do this again I think to gt even remotely close to my natural color. It smells much better than color B4 I have heard and takes half the developing time. The buffer makes the hair feel awful but I imagine it is important. I will have to use some miracle conditioner to get my hair feeling soft again but in the long run it is def worth it.

It didn't go as light as I was expecting unfortunately, and anyone with red in their hair will probably get an orange or ginger tinge and the smell isn't so great...

I had dark brown hair with some purple in it and I wanted to go back to my natural colour so I decided to buy this so my mum bought it for me and think this product is cheaper than other hair colour removers...although I must say that it does really smell bad it smells of farts and rotten eggs but you will get used to it...after I applied it all I left it on for 30 minutes and washed it off and my hair came out a bit strawberry blonde a little copper but it's better because it's nearer to my natural hair colour which is a dirty blonde! I definetlly recommend this product!
