I was really pleased with the speedy delivery from Majestic Beauty via Amazon as my new hairdryer arrived on Friday19th rather than the estimated Monday 22nd ???? Brilliant, as my faithful,16 year old salon dryer had died on me on Wednesday 17th, so it was a couple of ridiculously bad hair days for me! ??

The H&S Professional, is powerful yet not noisy like some dryers. It's not as light as my previous dryer (which was smaller and weighed approx. 450 grammes) but I wouldn't call it heavy at all, at approx. 645 grammes for the main dryer (which is all you'd actually be holding) and a total wieght of approx. 815 grammes including the cable. The Product Description states the cable as being 2.5m long, but the cable on mine was 2.3m. Not an issue for my own home use, but that 20cms might be if it was bought for salon use.

It sits nicely in my hand and I can change my grip without accidentally pressing and changing the heat or speed control buttons.

Without any nozzle...

I purchased this blow dryer last week and besides getting it really fast, I was delighted to find it works beautifully.But, really, I love it. Although it is not a feather weight, it's well balanced in your hand. It not only does a great job, but my hair dries so much faster.It also is soooo smooth. It actually is quite like what it’s advertised as.I never tried a "salon" type dryer before, but I always want to have that "just left the salon" feel. That bouncy, shiny, squeaky clean feel and this dryer does that for me.I honestly noticed a big difference between this dryer and the other, uh, a ehem, toys I've used in the past. Arrived quickly and well packaged. Bought as a gift for my daughter and she was very impressed - said it dried her hair really fast and her hair felt smoother and silkier than usual. A little bit heavier than other dryers she's had, but worth putting up with for the good results. Hopefully this continues over time.
