Using Directions:
1, Use medical alcohol to disinfect the derma roller and the area of the skin which was treated.
2, Apply suitable functional nutrition onto the treated area if required.
3, Roll the derma roller back and forth 4-5 times in each direction horizontally, vertically and diagonally (refer to figures), on the area you wish to treat whilst maintaining the same speed and pressure to creat more micro vessels.
4, After treatment apply necessary nutrition to the skin, pay particular attention to skin inflammaton.

This item was kindly sent to me for testing and review.
This is a little hand-held device which is used for 'dermabrasion'. This means that it actually punctures your skin with little needles. This sounds wrong but the idea is that it stimulates growth of new skin, thereby changing old, tired skin into new vibrant skin (I sound like an advert there!)
In the box;
You get the roller device itself with one head attached, and two other heads with different needle counts / sizes. Everything is hygienically wrapped. Basic instructions are printed on the box but no manual is included.
Using;
The idea is that you place the roller onto the area of skin you want to treat, and slowly roll it back and forth. It will hurt, there's no denying, as it does actually puncture your skin and can make you bleed if you apply too much pressure. You are advised to use alcohol wipes to sterilise the needle head before use, and to apply moisturising cream...
