Disappointed, 19 April 2012

I recieved this through the post today, the service was excellent, unfortunatly when I took the cap out the box I was disappointed. Where the cap has been folded in the box, it is dented across the top and has caused the holes to split; also due to the dent the cap does not lay flat on the head as it should do. The quality was good unfortunatly it is damaged.

the cap is perfect as it has plenty of holes and they are not spaced far apart. the hook is also good quality, sterdy too. overall, id recomend this product !

the cap seems very small and although it is rubber, it is very ridged and toiugh so had to be held on the head while hair being done. other than that it wasn't that bad.
