Handy little gadget to stop my mum complaining about me leaving the straightners on the floor, stands up well without falling over, easy to slide in and out and keeps plates slightly apart so they do not get damaged. Also has little suckers on the bottom to you can stick them to a hard surface without them moving about.WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANY STRAIGHTNER USER.

Great product - but you have to watch it, 1 Sept. 2013
It does the job to an extent. I bought this because the cables for my straighteners are heavier than the actual irons, therefore get pulled off the desk a lot, and I didn't want to sit holding them for ages. Luckily, my Nicki Clarke Straighteners fit this perfectly with about a centimeter to spare on the side.The only let down with this product is the grip. On the bottom there are 2 suction pads, which after about 5 minutes of being stuck, become lose and the whole mount pops off my table letting the irons fall over. This isn't a problem for me as I am normally sat next to them, but I would not recommend walking away whilst your irons were cooling down in this rack.

This is great, keeps the hot straightners off the dressing table and is much tidier than a mat.
