I started using this product 5years ago and each time I have replaced it with a different relaxer my hair always loose its texture. Its like no other relaxer fits my hair like this one. I have a very strong and thick hair, this is the only relaxer which has been able to completely straighten my hair, I have also never lost hair during the treatment process. Love this product.
