Product was broken inside the box. Unfortunately I did not one box or assemble before return date. Seller ignored my questions. Complete waste of money because it was unusable. DO NOT BUY!

This is the US version and needs a transformer which costed about £40.00. Update, there is a picture posted by Wong saying that she have the UK version but looking at her sockets, they are not UK sockets. UK sockets are much larger that requires three pins. Plus an adapter does not change the output if the appliance needs more watts to perform. It is very important to use the correct item for power outage as these can caused fire hazards. I received a UK version 220V. I have been using this for a few weeks now on my hair and face and I love it. I had never heard of steaming your hair until a few months ago when I saw it on a TV show. I can't believe how relaxing it is and my hair looks a lot healthier. I read that using a hair steamer improves circulation and helps with hair growth and I do feel like my hair is getting longer, finally. I like that this is also a facial steamer so I don't need to buy another one. It has also helped with my acne and clogged pores so I haven't had to spend a fortune getting facials this year. I travel a lot so it's nice that it packs up easily and is portable so I can bring it with me on longer trips. It's like having a relaxing spa with me wherever I go...love it!!
