I am not happy. As nail drills speed changing doesnt seem to work. It only does one speed (no matter how much i turn the control) and it feels like it is fastest speed. I bought item believing it can change speed. I would like a refund or a replacement of the product. Due to the busy time for my work I am unable to return item until I receive a replacement.

This has had far more use than I thought. We all use it for the hard skin on the bottom of our feet - much better than any of the other gadgets we have. It's great for nails (of course) but I can also do the dogs nails with it too!

Within 2 minutes of using this product I noticed a burning smell and then the box blew.Very disappointed as in the very short space of time this product was operational, it seemed to prove very effective.
