This is not shower proof, 12 Jun. 2014

I was satisfied with this product for few weeks until it suddenly refused to work. I took it apart to see what the problem was and I could not believe that someone has decided that it can be called showerproof. The handle part which houses batteries, motor and a switch has nothing that could keep it sealed. there is something resembling a rubber seal for the battery compartment from the battery flap side but that's it. water can easily (and it did) access the housing from any other point. The little motor is all rusted and that was the reason- it basically seized. I managed to get it back to working order and it works now. Just please- do not believe that it is showerproof- it is not.By the way- I'd like to recommend king of shaves shaving gels - they are awesome!

Poor design and performance, 28 Jan. 2015

Very shortly after purchase the trimmer stopped working and only now works intermittently. It is quite temperamental. Pressing the on button will work sometimes, other times it will not, even with fresh batteries. On the topic of batteries - they do not last long. Tip - always make sure you take the batteries out of the trimmer between use or they will drain. Lastly and most importantly, when using the trimmers to get to those hard-to-reach areas the battery cover, which is inconveniently located on the handle, slips off, making use very difficulty. Sadly I cannot recommend this item.

Terrible product, cuts and knicks the skin when claims to be 'total body grooming'. Complete waste of money - do not buy.Buy Braun Bodycruzer instead.
