So this is the first time I have used henna on my hair, I had done lots of research and felt happy enough to purchase from the henna guys.

It was delivered very quickly in an airtight package, it wasn't until I was ready to mix my henna that I opened it to find an instruction leaflet, gloves and and a disposable shower cap. I wasn't expecting that so it was a nice surprise.

The henna powder was fine and had been sifted well, was very easy to mix with my chosen ingredients, a little smelly but that was to be expected.

I left it to cure overnight but didn't see much change in the colour of the mix the next day, I was a little wary but cracked on anyway. Once applied I wrapped my hair in cling film, the provided shower cap and then a towel over the top, let it sit for 4hrs then rinsed off. I didn't find it difficult to rinse out, takes some time, about 10-15 minutes but I expected it to take longer. My hair felt really well conditioned - usually it's like a crazy birds...

Had found a source of 100% pure Henna which was great and loved it but due to unprofessional business conduct of the supplier I required a new vendor. Found the Henna Guys and bought just 1 package as a trial. It worked wonderfully. 3 hours were sufficient to completely cover all grey hairs, even at the roots. Doesn't wash out. Doesn't create any unpleasant reactions like itching skull etc. Package even contains a shower cap, gloves and instructions. I am using Henna for 27 years continuously (lots o different suppliers) and I am very very happy with this product. Will order more soon.

Great product, 7 Sept. 2016

I just dyed my 13 year old daughters darkish brown hair for the first time with henna. The result is really lovely, I used 100g of powder and mixed with strong tea to get a deeper red colour. I applied it to dry hair and wrapped it in cling film then a towel for 3 hours then rinsed under running water til it was all out and conditioned it then rinsed again.One step I missed was to put vaseline around the hairline to prevent staining...do not make this mistake! The colour has come out really lovely and the powder itself is a lovely fine consistency with no twigs that needed sifting out.My daughter is thrilled with.the colour and I am happy.not to have used any nasty chemicals on her head.
