The seller sent material in different packaging to what was advertised. However, it is unfair to rate it low as what was sent was the same brand, but only in different packaging. Although I preferred to have received it in the packaging advertised (cardboard drawer which can be re-shut and therefore keeps swabs dry/clean and away from dust, etc.), what was sent was in larger quantity (at the same price). On top of that, the seller got in touch with me following my initial comment and expressed a genuine desire to resolve. Since there was nothing to resolve: net-net I was happy, I decided to upgrade my rating. They clearly care about customer feedback and do respond promptly. I am upgrading from 2 stars to 4.

Can't live without my Q-Tips, 9 July 2015

As an American living in the UK, I miss Q-Tips! I was very pleased to find that I could order them via Amazon.co.uk. They cost more than buying them in the USA, but it is great to have them available to me here -- rather than wait for family or friends to bring them over, or get them when I return to the states.

I would never put anything else in my ears ...except for good music and maybe the occasional audiobook. The first time I used these reminds me of a cute french man licking the inside of my ear. mmmm
