On the day this arrived, I got my third coldsore in as many weeks.I used this straightaway, as well as taking lysine tablets (3 a day). I also held a bit of cotton wool, soaked in surgical spirit, on it for a few minutes every morning and evening.The coldsore completely disappeared in four days!I didn't use any other patches or creams - just this lipbalm, applied frequently throughout the day, 3 lysine tablets a day (now decreased to 1 a day as a preventative measure), and a bit of surgical spirit.Cannot rate highly enough, as my coldsores always last for at least two weeks. Will be buying this in bulk!
