brilliant pencil goes on well works perfect with rimmel kate moss 01 .. but most importantly stops them annoying runs from red lipstick. its a must for every womans make up bag

I don't understand why other reviewers liked this product. I was looking forward to replace my GOSH Simply Red 004 lip liner which is running out but this one just doesn't cut it! It's really fatty, smears easily and makes the lipstick smear all over my face! The purpose of a lip liner is to help lipstick stay put. But this one actually has an opposite effect. Also, it won't apply on the primer or lose powder so there's no staying power to this thing. I'm not happy. Definitely wouldn't recommend.
