Not impressed, 21 Nov. 2010

I bought this product a couple of months ago, after around2/3 weeks my eyelashes were much longer and thicker and none of my eyelashes fell out when taking off make up as they sometimes do however after a about 5 weeks I noticed that my eyelashed seemed to be have become harder than they normally are and I was worried about them snapping so I thought I would stop using the product to see if they improved- result was that my eyelashes started falling out at quite an alarming rate and I now have big gaps where 4-5 eyelashes seem to have fallen out all at once right next to each other and this cannot be disguised by using mascara- in fact that just makes it even more obvious. Fortunately I can see the beginnings of lashes starting to grow back in the gaps so hopefully within a few weeks it won't be noticeable.. in the meantime will be investing in some false eyelashes!

This product is so expensive and there is no warning about these effects on the box but after searching on internet...

I rate this product very highly having used it for the last 3 months. I had previously lost my eyelashes and eyebrows during a course of chemotherapy and they had grown back very fine and short with gaps along the lash line. Since starting with Rapid Lash I now have a full set of lashes which are thicker, longer and darker than they have ever been throughout my life. I was also pleased to find this product on Amazon 25% cheaper than the High Street price.

Definitely makes a difference!, 25 Feb. 2013

Last year I spent £65 on "lash enhancements" where they stick individual false lashes to your existing ones. They lasted nearly 2 weeks but they left my real eyelashes in such bad condition I decided to try RapidLash instead. Previously, I have never had the discipline to use Raplidlash every night and because the results are not instant I have given up. This time, though, I religously applied it to top and bottom lashes every night without fail. Within about 3 weeks I noticed a difference. They dont make your lashes any thicker (but mascara can do that) but they do seem to make them grow longer. It seems to work by conditioning your lashes so that they don't fall out as soon as they would normally. Hence they keep growing that bit longer. I have used it for the last 6 months and have had unsolicited comments that they look longer. Trouble is, you have to keep using it which is why I buy it via Amazon as much cheaper than Boots.
